SaySo builds and hosts your business website and gives you a dashboard, lead pipeline, and optional power-up tools. AI features produce estimates and drafts — they are honest tools, not guarantees; you are responsible for what your business publishes and promises through them.
The plan is $397/month flat with five seats included, and every website power-up is in it — Instant Quote, Photo Check, Emergency Mode, Review Booster, Spanish Site, Form Creator, Financing, Memberships and Auto Booking. The one optional add-on is the AI Office at $197/month (24/7 website chat, the AI receptionist, and the automated blog and city pages); it is labeled with its price before you switch it on and can be switched off at any time from the dashboard. Extra seats past five are $15/month each. No contracts — cancel any time and service runs through the period you paid for. Prices for NEW purchases can change with notice; your active subscription price does not change without notice.
When you ask for help, or when we need to fix or protect the service, SaySo staff may access your account in support mode, which shows your dashboard as you see it — including leads and homeowner contact information. By using SaySo you consent to this access for support and operations purposes only.
Every support session is logged and time-limited. We treat everything seen there as your confidential business information: never sold, never shared with other customers, never used for anything except helping you and running the service.
Leads and customer records captured by your SaySo tools are yours. You are responsible for using them lawfully — including honoring homeowners’ opt-outs and any consent rules that apply to your outreach.
Program. SaySo (Get Sayso LLC) sends text messages from a SaySo number on behalf of the home-service businesses that use SaySo. Every message names the business it is from. SaySo may also text business owners who opted in at signup with product tips and offers.
What you will receive. Estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, copies of documents you signed, job updates and follow-ups, payment receipts, and replies to texts you send. Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 6 messages per project.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent or received.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can opt back in by replying START.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. You opt in by checking the box on a form (see getsayso.com/sms) or by saying yes when a business asks you in person; the answer is recorded with the date. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. How your number is handled — and the promise that it is never shared for marketing — is in the Privacy Policy.
No unlawful content, no spam through SaySo tools, no scraping other customers’ data, no attacking the platform. We can suspend accounts that put other customers or homeowners at risk.
The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, Get Sayso LLC’s total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
