What SaySo (Get Sayso LLC) collects, why, and who can see it. Plain words on purpose. Effective August 26, 2026; text-messaging section added September 12, 2026.
Account information — your name, company name, town, phone number and email address, given when you start building a site, whether or not you finish.
Your business data — the content of your website, and the records your SaySo tools create for you: leads, homeowner contact details, bookings, jobs, transcripts of AI chat and call conversations, and billing status.
Usage and technical data — pages visited, feature activity counts, and standard web logs used to run and protect the service.
To run your website, dashboard and pipeline — that is the product.
To bill you through our payment processor, Stripe. SaySo never sees or stores full card numbers.
To power AI features (site building, chat, quote and photo analysis), which process the relevant content through our AI provider under contract. Your data is not used to train their public models.
If you checked the consent box at signup, to send you SaySo tips and offers by email or text. Every marketing message includes a way out, and one reply telling us to stop is enough.
SaySo support staff can open your dashboard in support mode to help you, troubleshoot a problem, or keep the service running. That view includes what you see — your leads, homeowner contact details, bookings and settings.
Support access is used only for support and operations, every support session is logged, and it expires automatically. We never use your customer data to compete with you, never sell it, and never share it with other customers.
The leads and homeowner information your SaySo tools capture belong to your business. We process them only to provide the service to you. If you close your account, you can ask for an export first, and ask us to delete what we hold.
We share data only with the processors that make the product work — hosting and network (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery, SMS/voice carriers, and our AI provider — each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information.
When you give a mobile number to SaySo, or to a business that uses SaySo, and agree to be texted, we use that number only to send the text messages you agreed to — estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, copies of paperwork you signed, job updates and follow-ups, payment receipts — and to reply when you text back.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties that handle your number are the carriers and our SMS provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages, and the business you asked to hear from.
You can stop at any time: reply STOP to any message and no more texts will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getsayso.com. We keep a record of when and how you opted in. Full program terms: SMS terms.
