SaySo (Get Sayso LLC) texts on behalf of the home-service businesses that use it — your roofer, your HVAC company, your plumber. This page is how you opt in, what you will get, and how to stop.
A business that uses SaySo can also ask you face to face or on the phone. They read this, and your answer is recorded with the date and time:
“This is [business name]. We use SaySo to send our texts, so SaySo will text you on our behalf about your estimate, your appointments and your paperwork. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 6 texts per project. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out, HELP for help. Your number is never shared with third parties for marketing. The privacy policy and texting terms are at getsayso.com/sms. Is it OK to text you at [your number]?”
If you say yes, the first text you get confirms it: “SaySo: You’re opted in to texts about your project with [business]. Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, copies of documents you signed, job updates and follow-ups, payment receipts, and replies when you text back. Every message names the business it is from and ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
